We serve typical Milanese courses and traditional Italian dishes, avoiding fleeting fashions. We simply care about details; our secret is to transform a daily food in a special one.
We come from Tuscany, but also from Lombardy, we love the city that has welcomed us in these years. So we like that our cuisine is bound to the geographic and historical features of Milan and our Region.
We are searching for a mixture of flavors and styles that have in common the care for small gestures, the choice of the noblest and popular fresh raw materials; a cuisine of substance, not appearance, as it happens in the most authentic traditions.
We like to consider Rosso di Brera as a lieu to attend and to live every day. |
