“Hostaria ” is a public place where drinking good wine and having good food. Its origins are noble and come from the Latin” hospes” (host): meaning "place of hospitality", suggesting a connection with the more authentic and genuine traditions where food is part of life.
Our wish is to maintain this connection with history and tradition that make "Rosso" a special place. Here and there the marks of an ancient and never-ending time, the square, the church and the starry sky, are still the shelter of those travelers that yesterday like today stop off for a meal and then take their way.
